Apex Legends online community rules

LetsQueue rules for community online competitions. Read the event page for its schedule, settings and published variations.

ABOUT THESE RULES

LetsQueueLive runs independent community esports for grassroots teams, small communities and regions. These are LetsQueue online competition rules, not an official publisher circuit. The event page supplies the schedule, region, bracket, series length, prizes and any clearly labelled event-specific variations. Published variations take priority where they expressly change a default; integrity, account eligibility and the platform terms still apply. Rules must not be changed silently during play. Administrators will announce corrections and record material decisions.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

Players must be at least 16 and meet any higher game, account or regional eligibility requirement. Under-18s require parent or guardian permission. Use your own account, accurate game ID and the registered display name. Account sharing, impersonation and using another person's slot are prohibited. Relevant active game or competition bans must be disclosed before entry. Captains are responsible for making sure every member understands the rules.

ROSTERS AND TEAM STAFF

Register the full starting lineup and any substitutes before check-in closes. A player may represent only one team in the same event. Coaches and managers are optional staff and cannot play unless also registered in a permitted player/substitute slot. Tell the opponent and administrator about substitutions before the next map or Apex round; do not swap mid-game except through an administrator-approved recovery. Emergency additions after roster lock require written approval and an eligibility check. The administrator records the exception and informs affected opponents.

CHECK-IN, READINESS AND SCHEDULE

Check in through LetsQueue by the published deadline. A Coming soon event has no confirmed start time: its schedule and check-in deadline must be announced before play. Captains must remain reachable through the event's nominated channel. Be ready with the full lineup, correct client version and working connection at the scheduled match time. A team delayed by more than 10 minutes must contact an administrator; the administrator may reschedule or award a map/series forfeit after considering the evidence. This is a decision process, not a promise of an automatic timer. Platform auto-forfeit settings, if enabled, must be announced separately.

FAIR PLAY AND SAFETY

No cheats, unauthorised game modifications, automated gameplay, input macros that create a competitive advantage, exploit abuse, stream sniping, ghosting, collusion or deliberate manipulation of results. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or expose private information about other participants. Report suspected cheating privately with evidence; do not organise public accusations. Keep anti-cheat enabled and cooperate with proportionate administrator checks. Administrators will not ask for account passwords, recovery tokens or unrestricted access to personal files.

ONLINE CONNECTIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

The organiser specifies the server/datacentre before play, taking the event region and connection fairness into account. Test your equipment and internet beforehand. Raise a server objection before the first live game, with evidence; do not restart or move the lobby unilaterally. If someone disconnects, notify the administrator promptly. Players cannot demand a replay because of an ordinary personal connection failure. An administrator may restore, restart or postpone a game for a verified server-wide failure or game-breaking problem, explaining how the competitive state is protected.

RESULTS AND EVIDENCE

Captains report the final series score, not a CS2 round score, in the LetsQueue match page. Keep screenshots and available demos/replays until seven days after the event ends or an active dispute is resolved, whichever is later. Conflicting reports are reviewed; do not fabricate results or confirm a score you know is wrong. Apex results are submitted by the organiser for the whole lobby. Corrected scores and penalties are recorded in the event activity log.

DISPUTES AND REVIEW

Raise an issue as soon as it occurs and, where possible, before the next map/round starts. Submit a report within 30 minutes of the match ending using Contact support: https://letsqueue.live/support or support@letsqueue.live. Include the event link, match/round, timestamps and evidence. A late report may still be considered where cheating or previously unavailable evidence is involved. Affected participants may request one review within 24 hours of a ruling and provide new evidence or identify a procedural error. A different administrator should review where practicable. Administrators must disclose conflicts of interest.

PENALTIES, STREAMS AND PRIZES

Penalties may include a warning, corrected score, round/map penalty, forfeit, event removal or a time-limited suspension. Severity, intent, impact and repeated conduct are considered; reasons are recorded and communicated. Player streams require at least a five-minute delay unless an announced event variation sets a longer delay. No outside observer may provide live information to a team. Only prizes and payout conditions published for this event apply; do not assume a prize or transfer a rulebook's prize amounts to LetsQueue. Prize administration and cancellation/refund conditions must be announced before registration closes.

PLATFORM TERMS

The LetsQueue privacy policy and terms remain applicable: https://letsqueue.live/privacy and https://letsqueue.live/terms. Contact support privately for account, safety, eligibility or accessibility questions.

APEX LEGENDS ONLINE MATCH PROCEDURES

Three starting players; one registered substitute, plus optional coach and manager. Only the registered lineup joins the playing slots. Publish supported PC/console platforms, allowed standard inputs and the server/datacentre before registration closes. Do not use adapters, scripts or macros that disguise input type or automate gameplay. Coaches/managers cannot occupy a playing slot unless registered as an eligible player/substitute.

LOBBY AND ROUND PLAN

Use a private Battle Royale Trios tournament lobby. The organiser publishes the map rotation, number of rounds, lobby start instructions and available tournament settings. Keep lobby access codes private. Only approved observers may enter. This template uses fixed-round aggregate points, not Match Point finals. POI drafts, progressive legend bans, special spawn rules or Match Point are optional organiser-managed variants that require complete published instructions and appropriate tracking before check-in; they are not silently enabled by this ruleset.

SCORING AND TIES

Recommended ALGS-style scoring: one point per kill; placement points 1st=12, 2nd=9, 3rd=7, 4th=5, 5th=4, 6th–7th=3, 8th–10th=2, 11th–15th=1, 16th–20th=0. The actual placement table and kill multiplier displayed in this event govern its scoring. The organiser must verify those settings before play. Missing a round scores zero for that round. Add valid round totals across the published series. LetsQueue's community standings break ties by total points, wins, total kills, then best placement; an alphabetical display order does not decide a tied prize or qualification slot. An unresolved competitive tie requires a recorded administrator ruling using an announced tie-break procedure.

DISCONNECTS, RESTARTS AND PROOF

A personal disconnect does not pause the lobby. Rejoin if the game permits; the administrator decides any wider server-failure remedy. Do not leave and relaunch the match to obtain a better drop or loadout. An organiser restart invalidates that whole round and must be announced to every team. Keep the squad result screen and available footage. Verify placements and kills for all squads before submitting a round; don't infer one squad's result from another squad's screenshot.

COMMUNITY EVENT REQUIREMENTS

Check EA's current community tournament guidelines before publication, including the annual prize cap, participant fee limit and restrictions on sponsors/branding. At review, these specify a $10,000 USD-equivalent annual prize cap and fees up to $20 USD-equivalent per participant solely towards organising costs. A larger/commercial event needs a separate appropriate agreement; this ruleset is not authorisation. Do not describe a community event as ALGS or imply EA/Respawn endorsement.
