Information we collect

We store your email address, display name, a securely hashed password, team names, game IDs, optional staff and substitute information, uploaded artwork, event registrations, fantasy picks and support messages. Avoid adding personal information you do not have permission to share.

How we use it

We use this information to manage accounts, run competitions, deliver account emails, resolve disputes and protect the service. Display names, team identities, event results and fantasy leaderboard information are public. Other managers cannot see your fantasy picks until the cutoff.

Cookies and analytics

A session cookie keeps you signed in. We count page visits, signups and competition entries in aggregate to improve the service. These counts do not use advertising cookies, device fingerprints or stored IP addresses. Requests may still appear in hosting security logs.

Creator applications and billing

We store application details, review decisions and licence status. When paid Enterprise is connected, PayPal handles payment information; we retain the subscription identifier, payment status and paid access dates needed to provide the service. We do not collect card numbers. Please avoid including sensitive identity documents in applications.

Service providers

HoboHost hosts the service. Our configured email provider delivers account and support emails. External esports providers supply public event data and images; loading remote images can expose your IP address to their servers. Provider locations and practices can differ from ours.

Retention and security

We retain account and competition records while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Recovery links expire, email queue records are removed after seven days and backups rotate. Recoverable event deletion may retain entries and scores. We protect access with authentication and encrypted connections, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise a privacy concern: Contact support or email support@letsqueue.live. We may retain necessary security, dispute and event records, and older copies can remain in rotating backups until they expire.

Age and updates

The service is for people aged 16 or older. This policy may change as the service develops; material updates will be announced on the site.
